• For accommodation, guests can use the natural turf field for 2 hours on the check-in day (afternoon), 2 hours on the check-out day (morning), and 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon on the middle day, free of charge. (For the artificial turf field, guests can use it for 3 hours in the afternoon on the check-in day and middle day, and 3 hours in the morning on the check-out day and middle day.)
• We accept reservations for day use of the artificial turf field starting from 3 months in advance. However, please note that priority will be given to guests who are staying overnight. Day use of the natural turf field is not available for reservation.
• The natural turf field may have periods when it is unavailable due to its condition. In the event of rain, measures such as reducing the available time may be taken.
• The usage time includes preparation, cleanup, as well as cleaning and maintenance (including sand filling and compaction on uneven areas). All of these tasks are the responsibility of the customers to perform.
• If there is no group reservation for the athletic track, individuals can also use it. Please inquire on the day of use. The fee is 220 yen for up to 2 hours and an additional 110 yen per hour thereafter (tax included).
• If the usage is for commercial purposes or if an admission fee is charged, the usage fee will be subject to a 300% surcharge.

The free usage time is 3 hours on the check-in day (afternoon), 3 hours on the check-out day (morning), and 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon on the middle day.

• The gymnasium and martial arts hall cannot be reserved simultaneously with other facilities.

■キャンセルについて

• For cancellations made 6 days to 2 days prior to the reservation date, both registered and unregistered teams will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the usage fee.
• For cancellations made on the day before or on the day of the reservation, a cancellation fee of 100% of the usage fee will be charged.
• There is no cancellation fee in case of inclement weather. Please inquire about the court conditions before making any cancellations.
  • However, if there is no prior notification, we may charge the full amount.
• The cancellation fee should be paid directly at the Indoor Tennis Court front desk within one week, or it can be paid via bank transfer to the following account:

• ご宿泊人数の一部においてキャンセルが発生した場合、利用日の10日前における宿泊人数の10％分（端数切り上げ）についてはキャンセル料は頂きません。ただし食事代は別扱いとなります。
• 食事代はご利用の前日より100％のキャンセル料を頂きます（団体食堂ノーサイドでのお食事の場合、1名様あたり通常、朝食770円、昼食825円、夕食990円）。なお、バーベキューご利用の場合は、ご利用日の3日前で20％、前日で80％、当日100％のキャンセル料をいただきます。
  パーティ料理やお弁当ご利用の場合も3日前より100％のキャンセル料を頂きます。
